    Opportunity | Duty Description

    The Senior Site Coordinator ensures smooth coordination of project activities at the facility and community level. SSCs supervise CCWs and Data Clerks, ensure ART adherence and VL monitoring, and facilitate case conferencing with facility staff. They act as the link between the project and facility leadership.

    Key Duties and responsibilities

    • Supervise CCWs and Data Clerks to ensure quality service delivery and accurate data collection.
    • Facilitate referrals between facilities and communities for HIV, GBV, and psychosocial services.
    • Organize site-level case conferencing for complex cases.
    • Monitor ART adherence and support VL monitoring at facility and community level.
    • Provide mentorship and capacity building for CCWs.
    • Collaborate with facility staff to address barriers to treatment and care.
    • Support accurate and timely reporting of site-level data.
    • Promote integration of OVC services into facility workflows.

    Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in HIV/OVC program implementation.
    • Experience supervising community-based workers.
    • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
    • Knowledge of ART adherence, disclosure support, and psychosocial care.
    • Fluency in English and local languages.
