    The Role

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Wealth Manager to join our Private Wealth team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the highest level of wealth management in Namibia, offering direct exposure to UHNW clients, complex portfolios, and bespoke lifestyle advisory.You will be the trusted advisor and relationship manager for a select group of UHNW individuals and families, ensuring their financial and lifestyle needs are fully met and proactively anticipating opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and manage deep, long-term relationships with UHNW clients.
    • Together with our strong Investment and Research team, oversee tailored investment strategies (local and offshore).
    • Coordinate strategic advice on tax planning, estate structuring, and inter-generational wealth transfer.
    • Coordinate lifestyle management services (travel, concierge, property, philanthropy, etc.).
    • Work alongside Simonis Storms specialist teams to deliver seamless, holistic solutions.

    Candidate Profile

    We are looking for someone with:
    • Strong in both interpersonal skills and financial acumen.
    • Proven experience in finance, private banking, wealth management, or family office services.
    • A strong network in Namibia and across the region.
    • Deep knowledge of investment markets (equities, fixed income, alternatives, and private equity).
    • The ability to manage relationships with discretion and integrity.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and solution-oriented.
    • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Investments or similar required.
    • Professional qualifications (CFA, CFP, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
