We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables Specialist with native or home language proficiency in German to join our growing finance team. This role is eal for someone with experience in managing accounts receivable in a subscription-based business environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing collection and management of accounts for our German-speaking clients ensuring timely payments resolving disputes and fostering strong customer relationships. Please note: only candates with fluent or native-level German language skills will be consered.

3. Qualifications and Experience

• Language Proficiency: Native or home language proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Fluency in English is also required. Additional languages are a plus. Education: A degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable credit control or finance with a strong preference for candates with experience in subscription-based business models (e.g. SaaS subscription services etc.).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms) and Microsoft Excel. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English with the ability to clearly explain billing issues and negotiate solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and resolve client queries and discrepancies effectively and diplomatically. Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload ensuring deadlines are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
