Flight Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Ensures that crew and aircraft are rostered efficiently for each flight training or any other company flights.
• Ensures that rostered crew are within flight and duty limitations and have received minimum required rest periods and legal off days.
• Ensures that the administrative tasks as required are tended to.
• Comply with applicable regulations with regards to crew and aircraft scheduling.
• Record flight data into scheduling systems.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English. Other local/international language will be an advantage.
• Experience in Aviation and or Tourism.
• Experience in administrative work.
• Experience Managing a roster or a schedule of any kind.
• Excellent Customer care skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Computer literacy skills Computer Programming knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent Organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management skills capable of multi-tasking and can adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking.
• Can adhere to strict rules and regulations
• Ability to work under frequent pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle confential information.
• Open-minded and a team player.
